Level 2 Engineer
Sydney | $85k plus super

NT Partners are partnering with a fast-growing managed service provider who are looking to bring on a Level 2 Engineer to strengthen their team. This is a great chance to step into a role where you’ll have real influence, variety in your work, and the opportunity to mentor others.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers
• Setting up and supporting networks, firewalls, and servers
• Installing and configuring Windows Server environments
• Providing guidance and mentoring to L1 engineers

What we’re looking for

• Azure environments
• Windows Server
• Networking (firewalls, switches, routers)
• Hyper-V / VMware & virtual data centres

• 2-4+ years’ experience in an MSP or similar IT support environment
• Strong skills across:
  
• A valid driver’s license
• Australian PR or Citizenship (required)
• MUST have Microsoft certification - AZ 102/104 preference
