About the role

Are you ready to be the IT hero everyone relies on? As a Senior Onsite Engineer you'll be at the heart of delivering top-notch performance, ensuring quality, and tackling IT issues with precision. From software and hardware to network systems, user administration, and provisioning, you’ll be the go-to expert, making every tech headache disappear.

• Provide Level 2-3 IT Support to end-users, and escalate issues when required to relevant teams
• Work in a modern Public Cloud environment
• Troubleshoot issues related to Systems, Applications, Software, Hardware and Networking
• Work on a broad range of technologies such as Office 365, Routing and Switching, Active Directory, and Windows Server

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3+ years working in a similar role
• Previous experience providing support via phone, email, face to face or remotely.
• Experience with User administration, Access restrictions, Email management, Office 365, MS Exchange and Active Directory
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ConnectWise
• Experience with Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
