In this role, you’ll join our NSW State Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering major events. You’ll be the link between our clients, partners, and internal teams, making sure every detail runs smoothly, expectations are exceeded, and each event helps drive TFH’s ongoing success.

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you’ll combine your sales expertise with your event management know-how to create unforgettable experiences and build strong, long-lasting relationships with staff, suppliers, and clients alike.

What You’ll Do

Lead a motivated team to deliver top-level service with great outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships through tailored communications and events.

Manage costs effectively to meet business budgets.

Coordinate site inspections with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Oversee and support on-site staff during events, resolving issues quickly.

Contribute to post-event debriefs and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Provide tailored quotes and deliver excellent customer service every step of the way.

Proven ability to manage costs and deliver within budget.

Exceptional time management and organisation skills – you know how to prioritise.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Calm and confident under pressure with great problem-solving ability.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Current driver’s licence (forklift licence a bonus!).

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to thrive under deadlines.
