We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Event Coordinator who thrives in the world of design and luxury. You’ll be the driving force behind industry-leading events that place our brand at the forefront of the architectural and design community. This isn’t just an event planning role—it’s a chance to combine event management, showroom hosting, marketing, and client engagement in one exciting position.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver major industry events that showcase our premium brand to architects, designers, and industry professionals.
Curate memorable experiences within our showroom, hosting clients and creating events that leave a lasting impression.
Support marketing efforts—from managing content across social media platforms to assisting with broader campaigns.
Assist with showroom operations, including client appointments, presentations, and ensuring the space reflects the luxury of our products.
Take on varied administration and creative tasks, keeping your days fresh, dynamic, and rewarding.
What we’re looking for:
We’re searching for someone who’s as passionate about design and events as we are. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Previous experience in event coordination and marketing, ideally within luxury products, architecture, or design.
A bubbly, fun, and enthusiastic personality—someone who loves people and thrives on collaboration.
Excellent organisation and project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
A strong sense of style and presentation, with the ability to represent a luxury brand.
Confidence across digital platforms and social media marketing.
