About the role

Become a vital part of the healthcare team at CYQ Healthcare Pty Ltd as a Dispensary Technician. In this full-time position based in Seaford, VIC, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications to our patients. With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will contribute to the overall wellbeing of the communities we serve.

What you'll be doing

Receive, process and prepare medication orders according to established procedures and standards

Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels of pharmaceutical supplies

Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns

Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and quality assurance protocols

What we're looking for

Completion of a dispensary technician course or equivalent qualification, or training can be provided to suitable candidate who has experience in pharmacy

Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician or in a similar role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills to ensure accuracy in dispensing

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and technology

A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing the best possible care to patients
