Job Specification

We're looking for a dynamic Pharmacist Manager who enjoys a balance of leadership and hands-on pharmacy practice. You'll lead a knowledgeable and friendly team, guiding the day-to-day operations while continuing to engage in meaningful clinical work.

Your role will include:

Mentoring and managing a strong support team including a dispensary coordinator, retail coordinator, and pharmacy assistants

Dispensing and delivering professional services with a focus on quality care

Recording clinical interventions and offering trusted health advice

Fostering customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth

Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy - with a leadership style that's approachable and hands-on

Skills Required

General registration with AHPRA

Ideally 2+ years of experience in a n Australian community pharmacy leadership role (or ready to take the next step)

Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills

Comfortable using Fred Dispense

Confident leading a team and maintaining high standards of care and service

Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate: $58-$64/hr depending on experience + relocation

Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours - start between 9:00am and 9:30am, finish by 5:30pm or 6:00pm

Weekends: One Saturday shift every four weeks (9am-1pm), paid at 150% penalty rate
