The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in North Sydney.

Roster: Monday to Tuesday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Prepare and present texture modified foods
• Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

Your background:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
