About the role

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Large focus on managing Head Contracts
• Working in the Facade and Defence department
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for lodging progress claims
• EOT's
• Cost Reporting

About you

• Must have 4+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial/Infrastructure or Defence spaces
• Main Contractor experience is a must
• Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
