Are you a motivated real estate student looking to get your foot in the door, or a mum returning to the workforce with experience in property management? We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team and support our busy Property Managers with key leasing duties.

🗓 Working Days:
Wednesday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct open for inspections and follow up with prospective tenants

Assist with processing rental applications and general leasing admin

Complete ingoing condition reports to a high standard

Cut and manage property keys for handovers and inspections

Support the Property Management team with general tasks as required

About You:

You're organised, professional, and a great communicator

You hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration

You have a driver's licence and your own reliable car

You’re confident using technology and learning new systems

You're looking for part-time hours and ready to hit the ground running!
