About the role

Lubrication Engineering Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer relationships, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

Proactively managing and building strong, long-term relationships with our most strategic accounts

Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs

Accurately forecasting sales and developing account plans to drive revenue growth

Regularly reporting on account performance and contributing to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making

Preferably tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, or sales) is desirable
