Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
• Dealing with customer queries and offering solutions
• Manage merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
• 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 Day Roster)

Thanks to our continued growth and success, we are now looking for a motivated Trade Retail Sales Specialist to join our high-performing Brookvale team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or retail, preferably within a related industry. We also welcome applications from qualified tradespeople who are ready to transition off the tools.
