Maclean Financial, a Sydney-based commercial asset finance broking firm, is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by engaging our existing client base, building trust, and uncovering new finance opportunities.

The Role
This is a phone-based, client-focused sales role where success comes from a mix of high outbound activity and building strong rapport with every client you speak to. You will be calling our existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported, while also uncovering opportunities for additional deals and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to existing customers.
Deliver excellent customer service – listen, support, and resolve client needs.
Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for asset finance solutions.
Hand over qualified leads to our brokers to close deals.
Keep accurate notes of all client interactions in our CRM.
About You
Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or outbound calling.
A natural people person who can quickly build rapport and trust.
Strong communicator with active listening skills and a client-first mindset.
Confident in making a large number of calls daily and consistently hitting targets.
Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in sales.
What We Offer
Base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 + super + commissions.
