With significant growth driven by innovative marketing strategies and product expansion, Trio Group is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive success in Victoria.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and increasing market presence, with a strong focus on the Independent Retail sector. If you thrive in a sales-driven environment and have a passion for face-to-face selling and business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and establish new business opportunities across various market sectors.

· Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term success.

· Conduct cold calling and in-person sales to expand Trio Group’s customer base.

· Complete merchandising and product relays when necessary.

· Travel within Victoria and interstate as required.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets.

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business growth.

· Experience in architectural, building, retail hardware, or rural sales (highly regarded).

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
