Are you looking for a workplace that is passionate about customer service and creating great experiences for customers? The Fancy Hank's Group is seeking a Venue Supervisor to lead the charge in delivering our hospitality across our venues.

Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. We are specifically looking for a Venue Supervisor in Springrock.

The person we're looking for has;

A great work ethic

The ability to work within a tight knit team

Excellent communication skills

A documented history of stable employment (required)

Minimum 12 months tenure per role demonstrating stable employment history

The ability to work in Australia, without restrictions (required)

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage-focused establishment.

Minimum 6-12 months of supervisory experience in hospitality required

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail recipes and techniques.

Proficiency in classic cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge required

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic accounting principles.

Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required before commencement

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment's operating hours.
