The Opportunity: Qualified Assistant Director/Educational Leader
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

Compensation: Up to $36-$50/ph + benefits + super + retention

We Would Love You to Have:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
• Amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
• Passion for a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children

Our Company Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician! About Us: Hyperdome Early Education Centre Hyperdome Early Education Centre is located conveniently near the Hyperdome shopping precinct and cares for up to 75 children per day. We offer a variety of high-quality programs including bush kindy, language and music programs, and sustainability initiatives.
