At Wellokids Valley Road, we're seeking a dedicated Educational Leader / Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in guiding our centre’s growth, culture, and quality. Your role will include
Leading and mentoring educators on curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
Supporting the Director with compliance, staffing, and family partnerships
Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program aligned with EYLF V2.0
Fostering a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment
Guiding the team through continuous improvement and QIP initiatives
Stepping into the Responsible Person role in the Director’s absence
What we’re looking for
A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
3+ years leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
A current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
Confident leadership, strong communication, and mentoring skills
Passion for supporting a high-performing team and delivering best outcomes for children
