Do you want to be part of a team that honours and supports its leaders?
Are you passionate about children’s learning and guiding educators on their curriculum journey?
Would you like to build genuine connections with the community while advancing your career within a high-quality Early Education Group?
If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity!
We are thrilled to announce a rare opening for the highly sought-after position of Educational Leader at one of our exceptional services.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator to step into the role of Educational Leader at Sesame Lane.
At Sesame Lane, we deeply value our Educational Leaders. We understand the importance of dedicated time to:
Work alongside Educators as they program and plan.
Be present on the floor to guide and inspire practice.
Complete your own documentation.
Continue developing your leadership and mentoring skills.
To support this, our Educational Leaders are not permanently assigned to a room and only step into ratios when required. This allows you to focus on your leadership role while being an integral part of the Service Leadership Team, working collaboratively with the Service Manager to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for both children and educators.
You will also be supported by a dedicated Educational Mentor and Area Manager, ensuring you have the guidance, resources, and encouragement needed to thrive.
Our North Lakes Service is now ready for an experienced Educational Leader to inspire, guide, and drive practice and programs within the service.
This is a highly sought-after opportunity, offering exceptional support, ongoing training, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a well-respected organisation.
Be who you are. Love what you do.
If you’re good at what you do, you can work anywhere.
If you’re the best at what you do, you belong at Sesame Lane.
We are one team, united by one dream: to make a positive difference in people’s lives — and have plenty of fun along the way!
When you join us, you become part of something bigger. You’ll be inspired, you’ll learn, and you’ll grow. Because at Sesame Lane, it’s more than a job — it’s about making a meaningful difference every single day.
