Role: Enrolments Assistant
Salary: $33 per hour + Super
Location: Remote (must be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane)
About the Role
We are partnering with a fantastic client who is looking for an Enrolments Assistant to join their team, where you'll connect with prospective customers, manage leads, and guide enquiries through to conversion using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging
- Qualify, prioritise, and manage leads through the pipeline
- Schedule meetings and support customers through the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with internal teams to optimise engagement
- Meet and exceed performance targets while applying feedback to improve results
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience (customer service experience also considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CRM proficiency and confidence managing leads
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach
