About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Online Orders Assistant to join our team at Artisan Ornaments' in Maribyrnong, Victoria.

This is a contract role with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

The role will commence on a full time basis in the first week of November until Christmas with hours ranging from 25-50 hours per week with some sporadic hours from the start to mid of October.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

Dealing with inbound & outbound calls

Assisting with the management of our online sales platform, including updating product information, processing orders, and tracking inventory

Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media to ensure a positive and seamless experience

Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements

Labelling parcels for shipments

packing and tracking outgoing parcels.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment

Polite & friendly communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

Availability Monday to Friday from the first week of November is a must.
