The Role
Due to ongoing change and growth, there is a need for a hands-on People & Culture Business Partner with strong generalist HR skills to help shape and lead HR operations and projects. Working in partnership with the HR Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity to take on new projects, bringing in your experience and knowledge, gained working in sectors such as retail. Salary pkg $148k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage end-to-end HR processes – from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide guidance on employee relations, store-level performance, and compliance
- Support recruitment for senior roles
- Partner closely with payroll to review awards and ensure accuracy
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures in line with best practice
- Deliver clear, insightful HR reporting using Excel
- Leverage HRIS – must be tech-savvy
What you’ll Bring:
- Formal HR qualifications and proven generalist experience
- Confidence building HR frameworks from the ground up
- Strong ER knowledge and the ability to manage performance issues sensitively
- High attention to detail, especially in compliance and reporting
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
