IT Support Technician – Join Our Growing Team

Total Solutions IT is on the lookout for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our technical support team. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Albury CBD office. Some onsite client work will be required, but the role is primarily office based. Remote work is not offered for this position.

The Role

This position is focused on providing technical support across a wide range of systems and will include:

Network and desktop support, break/fix and deployment

Hardware support, upgrades and maintenance

Routine maintenance and general IT duties

On-site client support as required

You’ll be working directly with clients and as part of our support team, so strong communication and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving ability

A current driver’s licence

The ability to work from our Albury office (this is not a remote role)

Experience in IT support or customer service is highly desirable. A diploma or degree in IT (or related field) will be highly regarded.
