• Help Desk Officer - Level 2

The Role:
As an experienced Level 2 Helpdesk technician working in a fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in resolving IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation for the ICT network and applications.

The Organisation:
This is a client-side role, work in an industry where you genuinely get to make a difference. You'll report into a supportive Manager and get exposure to a wide range of leading technologies.

The Person:
We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a genuine customer service approach who can provide support onsite in person where required.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving tickets that Level 1 support triage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft, Office365, AWS, Active Directory, Citrix, CrowdStrike, Mimecast etc.
• Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network problems
• Participate in IT projects as required, such as system upgrades, rollouts, or migrations.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a dedicated Level 2 Service Desk role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite including SharePoint/AD etc
• Excellent understanding of basic networking concepts
