Level 1 IT Support Engineer – Graduate Opportunity

BitLOGIC is looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to help supporting existing client’s needs.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable individual to join our team in a Level 1 Help Desk role. This position is ideal for a recent TAFE graduate or a final-year university student looking to launch their career in IT support.
General Experience Required
Experience with current Microsoft technologies:
Excellent English written and oral communication skills is a must.
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or a client-facing support role is highly desirable.
Active listener, excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy:
Sound judgement and critical thinking, with a high level of curiosity
Minimum Technical Requirements
Experience using Microsoft products.
Experience setting up MFA on Android and iOS.
Solid understanding of core networking concepts and protocols.
Ability to create technical documentation when working on something new.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues is a plus.
