We’re looking for a commercially driven National Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our Australian operations and drive brand growth nationally. This is a rare opportunity to manage an internationally recognised brand and play a hands-on role in shaping its success in the Australian market.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow key retail accounts (including Woolworths)

Drive new business in retail, foodservice, and export channels

Lead sales presentations, promotional planning, and range reviews

Partner with our Carrum Downs manufacturing site to ensure supply, quality, and consistency

Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights

Collaborate with our global marketing team on campaigns and launches

Represent Clonakilty at events, trade shows, and activations

What we’re looking for

FMCG sales/account management experience (Woolworths experience highly desirable)

Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning skills

Excellent communication and influencing ability at all levels

Experience working with contract manufacturers or supply partners

Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Passionate about food and building lasting customer relationships
