The Assignment:

• Role: Temporary Senior Property Manager / Property Manager
• Duration: From 26th September- ongoing while recruiting permanent staff
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible; part-time considered)
• Software: Property Tree
• Portfolio size: 176 properties
• Support: Team leader, assistant, and additional staff who know the portfolio well
• Duties: Owner communication, final inspections, bond processing, complex maintenance management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year property management experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end PM tasks and processes
• Confident handling higher-level matters such as finals, bonds, and complex maintenance issues
• Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
