Our client is a leading Top Tier Commercial Real Estate firm who provide services in Property Management across a key client portfolio nationally.

They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a temporary period of 8 – 12 weeks to manage one of Perth CBDs most prestigious commercial assets, commencing on the 13th of October.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable responsibilities including processing invoices.
• Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required.
• Provide prompt response to tenant queries and requests.
• Setting up conference centre.
• Assist with the coordination of Melbourne Cup event.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous property management experience is ideal but not essential.
• Previous administration experience with high level attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.

This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
