NEW TEMP Opportunity | Property Manager
West Leederville Location

I am offering a Temp assignment commencing 16th of October to the 21st of October for an experienced Property Manager!

You will be responsible for assisting with all in office Property Management duties on a very tidy portfolio.

Days: Preferably 5 days per week
Hours: 10AM - 3:30PM (flexibility to accommodate an earlier finish - if needed)

The Assignment

• Experienced Property Manager
• Experienced using Consult Cloud
• Shared administration and support
• Flexible hours, will consider outsourcing routine inspections if preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 x years experience within property management
• Current PM Registration
• Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Team player attitude
• Knowledge of Consult Cloud Software

The Criteria

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Current Drivers' Licence & Reliable Car
• Corporate presentation & confident demeanour to manage existing relationships
• High-level customer service
