Qualifications & experience

Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

Minimum of 2 years management experience in a Spa environment.

Demonstrate the ability to lead a team.

Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Demonstrate the ability to be punctual, reliable and a willingness to work collectively in a team, to harness a positive outcome.

Demonstrate the ability to actively listen and responds in a variety of situations, both with guests and team members seeking a solution based outcome for all parties involved.

Tasks & responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of Spa operations which include management of guests, team, financials, stock and training.

Responsible for implementation of BODHI 5 star treatment standards, policies and procedures.

Working closely with the Spa Supervisor, ensure open communication with your team creating positive working relationships and a collaborative team environment.

Work with the Training Coordinator regarding team members training and development rosters at the BODHI Academy.
