Our highly reputable client is seeking an experienced Property Manager with a track record of growing rent rolls.

Reporting to the Principal, your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of prestigious properties (approx 110 and growing)

Forge strong relationships with property owners, tenants and vendors

Optimise rental returns, mitigate risks and enhance property value

Collaborate with real estate professionals and expand the rent roll

Our ideal applicant will have at least 4 years experience in residential property management, preferably within the luxury sector. You must have a detailed knowledge of property management regulations, market trends and industry best practice.

You should be a strong communicator, negotiator and be able demonstrate an unwaivering commitment to delivering exceptional service. Relevant real estate qualifications and licensing and trust accounting experience is preferred.

You will be provided with a company vehicle (during work hours), a generous salary and attractive incentives to grow the rent role (up to 50% of first month's rental income).
