Application MINIMUM requirements:

• 6 months Property Management experience
• Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (Qld) or Estate Agents License (Qld)
• Proficient in one or more real estate specific software packages - Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, Inspections Express, Property Tree, Rest, Console Cloud, Released, Cirrus8, GOAT, Bricks and Agent, Tapi, RP Office (Macpro) or other real estate specific software
• Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Assignments can vary from 1 day to 3 months. Other temporary assignments include:

• Reception / Administration
• Leasing
• Trust Accounting
• Assistant Property Management
• Residential Property Management
• Commercial Property Management
• Owners Corporation
