This is a Monday to Friday gig—forget about Saturdays! Your weekends are all yours to enjoy!

What you’ll do

Routine, entry & exit inspections with clear, timely reporting

Arrears management and proactive tenant/landlord communication

Lease renewals and rent reviews with confident recommendations

Application processing and approvals

NCAT preparation and attendance when required

Maintenance coordination (quoting, approvals, trades, follow-through)

Bond & insurance claim management end-to-end

What you’ll bring

Completed a recognised training course such as the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Valid Driver's License

Sharp written & verbal communication; calm, solutions-focused style

Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple files

Confidence with legislation, NCAT prep, and risk awareness

Practical maintenance know-how and good judgement with costs

Solid systems skills (PropertyMe or similar)
