QuIHN is seeking an experienced and values-driven People and Culture Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. This newly created role will support the People and Culture Manager to deliver a full range of HR services, ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace for our people.

The Role
As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will:
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including job postings, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Oversee and maintain the HR Information System (ELMO), supporting staff and managers with onboarding, learning, performance, and compliance
- Support workforce planning, policy and procedure development, and HR projects
- Coordinate training, induction and professional development activities
- Provide timely HR advice and support to staff and managers
- Ensure HR records and reporting are accurate and compliant
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A relevant degree or HR certification, and 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in HR systems (ELMO preferred) and MS Office
- Sound knowledge of workplace legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and anti-discrimination practices
- Experience in a people-centric NFP will be highly regarded
