  • Using data insights to segment audiences and track engagement performance

What you will bring

You are passionate about building strong alumni communities and will play a key role in delivering Southern Cross University’s Alumni Strategy through events, campaigns, and partnerships. By working collaboratively across the University, you will help grow the alumni program and foster meaningful, lasting connections.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

  • A relevant degree in marketing, communication, public relations, business, or related fields, along with subsequent professional experience or equivalent expertise in these areas.
  • Proven ability to manage or lead projects effectively, achieving desired outcomes while meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills across various mediums, with a keen attention to detail. Experience in producing marketing and promotional materials, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Proficiency in content and customer relationship management systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel). Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities effectively
