As part of this role, you will;

Design, build, and implement automation processes using tools such as Microsoft CoPilot, Power Automate, Power BI, and lightweight Machine Learning frameworks.

Apply rule-based logic, Machine Learning models, and automation workflows to solve business problems, ensuring traceability, compliance, and performance of technical solutions.

Apply Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure reliable, high-quality automation delivery.

Support capability uplift by mentoring peers and sharing technical knowledge.

Ensure data privacy, consent, and compliance protocols are followed in all builds.

Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends and advancements.

Skills & Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar automation role within professional services.

Experience with either:

Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, Power Platform environment management), OR

iPath (Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots).

Demonstrated drive to reduce inconsistencies, risk, and errors in automation processes.

Ability to gather requirements, set priorities, and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making systems work smarter and faster.

Comfortable with scripting and working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.

Hands-on experience connecting platforms such as Xero, Power BI, Copilot, CRMs, IVRs, and more.

Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
