Change Communications Analyst

12-Month Contract | Melbourne-Based | Strategic Internal Comms | Change-Driven Environment

Davidson is partnering with a large-scale transformation program to appoint a Change Communications Consultant who will lead the delivery of clear, targeted, and impactful internal communications across multiple workstreams.

This Melbourne-based contract role is ideal for a seasoned communications professional who thrives in change-rich environments. You'll work closely with the Change Management team, project leads, and subject matter experts to create and deliver messaging that supports employee engagement, business readiness, and program success.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned with major change initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Change team to support adoption, understanding, and engagement
• Translate complex, technical information into clear and accessible messaging
• Manage comms channels, content calendars, and updates across the program
• Support creation of communications toolkits, FAQs, talking points, and leadership messaging
• Contribute to executive reporting and team-wide communication strategies

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience in internal or strategic communications, ideally within large programs or transformations
• A track record of partnering effectively with Change teams and supporting end-user adoption
• Excellent writing, editing and content development skills with a plain-English style
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and coordinate across multiple teams
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
