We are seeking a Change Analyst to support an upcoming office move project. This role is initially a 5-month contract commencing in October, with the flexibility of working 1–2 days per week in our CBD office and the remainder from home.

About the Role

As Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for staff during an upcoming office move. You will develop and deliver a range of change management activities, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments, to support business continuity and employee adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured change management plan for the office relocation.
• Create and deliver clear and engaging communication materials for stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions to prepare staff for the move.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and resistance, providing recommendations to support adoption.
• Monitor and report on change readiness and progress throughout the project.

About You

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst, would be beneficial to have previous experience on workplace transition projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
• Demonstrated capability in developing change strategies, communication plans, and training/engagement materials.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
