We are partnering with a leading retail client to find an experienced Technology Change Manager who can drive the successful delivery of major technology transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of retail through AI SaaS implementations and large-scale enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM and SAP.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for priority technology initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
• Deliver communications, training, and learning interventions tailored to diverse audiences.
• Partner with project teams to ensure changes to systems, processes, and ways of working are embedded.
• Monitor adoption and benefits realisation to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery to achieve impact.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ experience in change management, ideally within large-scale technology transformations.
• Proven experience delivering AI SaaS implementations in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms (highly desirable).
• Strong resilience and patience, with the ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity.
• Hands-on approach – focused on execution and delivery with minimal coaching required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
• PROSCI (or equivalent) certification, with practical application of ADKAR® or similar frameworks.
• Retail, FMCG, supply chain, or e-commerce experience is highly advantageous.
