About the Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified Asset Management Specialist (Reliability/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent) to support a Greenfields WA Operation with operational readiness requirements.

This short-term engagement is ideal for a professional with strong maintenance, planning, and asset management experience.

Key Responsibilities

The engagement is structured across four focus areas:

Data Management & System Integration – develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), preventative maintenance tasks, and work instructions for site assets (generators, pumps, etc).

Maintenance Planning – engage with suppliers, establish service kits, and optimise lifecycle cost outcomes.

Logistics & Warehousing – coordinate parts staging, support warehousing processes, and streamline supply chain practices.

Quality Assurance & Control – standardise maintenance activities, ensure OEM compliance, and support technician upskilling.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Degree qualifications in Mechanical, Reliability, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or reliability engineering within mining or heavy industry.

Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, etc).

Ability to work collaboratively with operations, warehousing, and procurement functions.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
