Accounts Payable / Bibra Lake / $80,000 - $85,000 / Permanent Position / Development / Onsite parking

Core Talent are supporting a well-established business, based in Bibra Lake, who are looking for an Accounts Payable Professional to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be given full responsibility of the Accounts Payable process. The team boasts about its team culture, which is inclusive and supportive.

Key duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:

• End to end invoice processing including chasing POs
• Resolving queries
• Reconciling accounts
• Processing payments to vendors & suppliers
• Account management
• Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
• Assist with updating processes

Key skills required:

• A solid understanding of accounts payable
• Proven at working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with excel
• Excellent communication & customer care skills
• High attention to detail
