Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Accounts Payable team to deliver high performance
• Manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment scheduling
• Ensure accurate coding, correct authorisation, and timely processing of all invoices in line with company policy
• Allocate workloads, monitor team performance, and track KPIs to meet service level targets
• Handle escalated supplier queries and support resolution of complex issues
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and audits
• Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance systems for greater efficiency
