Starting at $35 to $37 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super (depending on experience)

About the Role: We’re looking for support workers to join our team in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Suburbs (Mosman, Macquarie Park, Chatswood) area. This is a casual employee role with reliable shifts, supporting our participants through both in-home care and community access. This role is primarily for the holiday period, but we aim to offer ongoing shifts beyond this time where possible. What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting our participants with daily routines, activities, and community outings

Building a trusting, empowering relationship with both the participant and their family.

Providing support that is thoughtful, consistent, and person-centred

Working closely with our care team to ensure the participant’s goals, preferences, and wellbeing are always front and centre

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid & CPR Certificate
