We are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the National Warehousing Manager, this is a key leadership role overseeing the Queensland warehouse, managing a team of 4–6 staff, inventory control, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Proven experience in warehousing operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead warehouse operations and team performance

Manage inventory, stocktakes, and data accuracy

Coordinate deliveries and transport carriers

Oversee pick/pack, receivals, and container put-away

Ensure safety compliance and VOC for high-risk equipment

Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse

Monitor KPIs, order timelines, and customer ETAs

About You

12+ months in warehousing/logistics leadership

ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong communicator and team motivator

Solutions-focused with a can-do attitude

Passion for coaching and continuous improvement
