About You

Cert III Commercial Cookery and two years of chef experience (Minimum) in a similar role

appreciation for consistency of food quality and presentation

excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

participate in the development of new dishes for the menu

demonstrated reliability and ability to work unsupervised

ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced kitchen team in this full-time Chef de Partie position based in Sydney.

You will contribute to our members' satisfaction by operating a section within the kitchen and ensuring dishes are prepared and served according to specifications.
