Chef de Partie – The Clareville
Clareville Beach, Northern Beaches

The Clareville sits in an iconic waterside cottage on Clareville Beach — a site that has housed many of the Northern Beaches’ most esteemed chefs over the past 40 years. The current chef-owner is Cooper Dickson, whose culinary journey includes leadership roles at some of Australia’s most celebrated lodges and remote properties. Cooper has served as Executive Chef at Capella Lodge on Lord Howe Island and Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island.

We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join our small, passionate team. The role is fully hands-on — you’ll be involved in breaking down and filleting whole fish straight off the boats, baking sourdough, hand-rolling pasta, churning ice cream, foraging mushrooms and working with local flowers, herbs and produce to make everything from scratch.
