Our fleet of 14 houseboats and 5 BBQ boats hosts everything from romantic escapes to family adventures and group celebrations. Based at Tweed Marina, we're known for our spacious, modern vessels, exceptional customer service, and a team that genuinely loves what we do.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our small, friendly crew. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working by the water, this role offers more than just a job — it's a lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine maintenance and servicing of houseboats and BBQ boats

General repairs and upkeep across vessels and marina facilities

Piloting and docking vessels (training provided if needed)

Customer briefings and support during check-in/check-out

On-call duties and occasional call-outs to vessels on hire

Following maintenance schedules, agendas, and safety scripts

What We're Looking For

A practical, can-do attitude and a friendly personality — we work in a holiday environment, so good vibes are essential

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Boat licence is a bonus, but not essential

Basic DIY mechanical and handyman skills for maintenance tasks

Willingness to learn and adapt — no two days are the same!

Australian work rights are required for this position
