Caretaker + Maintenance (Live On-site) – Pyramid Holiday Park (Tweed Heads, NSW)

Pyramid Holiday Park in Tweed Heads is looking for a reliable and hands-on Caretaker with maintenance skills to join our team. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and ensuring our holiday park looks its best for guests and residents.

Pyramid Holiday Park is a long-established caravan park offering holiday stays and long-term accommodation in a relaxed, community-style environment. We’re proud of our friendly service and well-maintained grounds, creating a welcoming space for all who reside here.

The Role

As our Caretaker + Maintenance person, your responsibilities will include:

Living on-site

General park and grounds maintenance (gardening, mowing, tidying communal areas)

Carrying out handyman repairs such as fixing taps, changing light bulbs, basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

Assisting with facility upkeep, including cabins, amenities, and common areas

Supporting the team to ensure the park is safe, clean, and welcoming for all guests and residents

Attending any night callouts, guest issues, or resident concerns after hours as required

This role is for a Thursday - Monday work week; Tuesday and Wednesday off

What We’re Looking For

Practical handyman and maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry basics)

Experience with gardening and grounds upkeep

Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently

Ability to think outside the box

Good people skills to interact with guests and residents when required

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
