- Indicative Package Range: $115,409.20 to $121,025.20 which includes base salary & annual allowances (conditions apply).
- Allowances (up to $6,750 annually conditions apply).
- Superannuation + employer matching scheme (subject to eligibility).

About the Position
Are you an organised professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for housing management? We are seeking a motivated Coordinator Housing to join our team in Tom Price.
In this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee the Shire's housing and property portfolio, leading two direct reports to manage residential and commercial leases and plan for future housing needs. You will oversee lease administration and tenancy management, ensuring agreements are accurate and compliant. You'll resolve tenancy matters promptly and provide financial and governance reports that support transparent decision-making on housing allocation.
Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders, you'll deliver efficient, fair, and accountable housing services that meet organisational and statutory requirements. We're looking for a practical and confident leader who can balance competing priorities, make sound decisions, and communicate with clarity. Strong attention to detail, political awareness, and the ability to build constructive relationships will be key to success in this role.
