Supergates is a fast-growing importer and manufacturer of gates and fencing.

Due to continued success & rapid growth, we now have the opportunity as an entry level receptionist/sales support clerk. The right candidate will be first contact via phone, dealing with client enquires, and providing administration support to our sales team.

The well-presented, successful candidate must have:

Excellent communication, telephone and customer service skills

Friendly & helpful manner

Good computer literacy skills (Gmail, Microsoft Word)

Good time management and organizational skills

Energy and a sense of Urgency

The ability to follow directions and work within a close-knit team environment to achieve sales targets

Experience in Retail, Sales or Customer Service preferred.

Experience in similar trade/construction industries would be an advantage, but not essential

As this is an entry level role, The right candidate will be trained and supported in all aspects of the role where required.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Answering and directing all incoming phone calls.

Acting as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Greeting and assisting clients in our showroom.

Contacting our clients with updates, payment requests.

Liaise with manufacturing and logistics departments

Assist with updating our clients order & delivery status.
