Our client is a well-established commercial builder in the Perth market who specialise in commercial apartments, mixed use and retail projects. With a highly experienced management team, they have strong developer relationships resulting in a healthy pipeline of committed work. Offering their clients flexibility in services provided, they have built strong relationships producing a high level of repeat business.

They are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in a Contract Admin role on commercial building projects
• Previous apartment or retail project experience would be highly regarded
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Someone flexible, adaptable and hard working
