About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects. This pivotal role will see you managing contracts from tender award through to completion, ensuring compliance, cost control, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage contracts across multiple roofing and cladding projects.

Review, negotiate, and finalise contract terms and conditions.

Oversee progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and subcontractor agreements.

Monitor budgets, cashflow, and project financial performance.

Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements
✔️ Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator / Manager in construction (roofing or cladding preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and compliance.
✔️ Proven experience with progress claims, variations, and contract negotiations.
✔️ Excellent commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔️ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
